Italy Immigration Hub is the trading name of SH Immigration Specialists di Saletti Alessio, a sole proprietorship based in Bologna, Italy, operating since 2022. It is an administrative consultancy, not a law firm, assisting individuals, companies and public bodies with Italian immigration procedures in five languages.
What we are
An administrative consultancy specialising in Italian immigration procedures, based in Bologna and operating throughout Italy. Most stages of a case are handled electronically or by post; only fingerprinting at the police headquarters and the citizenship oath at the town hall require personal attendance.
We work in Italian, English, Spanish, Urdu and Hindi. Understanding your own position is part of the service: a client who does not understand what they are signing is not properly advised.
What we are not
We are not a law firm and we do not carry out activities reserved to members of the Italian Bar. Legal advice on disputes, drafting court documents and representation before judicial authorities are handled by qualified lawyers we work with, instructed directly by the client.
We are a private, independent operator. We have no relationship of representation, agreement or affiliation with the Italian Ministry of the Interior, police headquarters, prefectures, municipalities or any other authority. Links to institutional pages on this site point to public resources and indicate no such relationship.
We cannot guarantee the outcome of a case, and no private operator can. Outcomes depend on the requirements of the individual case, on quota availability where applicable, and on decisions by the competent authorities. Timing depends on the office handling the file.
How we work
Four commitments, each verifiable on a single case.
- A written assessment within 24 working hours, free of charge, including the unwelcome answer when a case is not viable.
- A written quote before any engagement, separating our fee from amounts due by law and stating which documents remain your responsibility.
- One point of contact from the initial assessment to collecting the permit, with no handover mid-procedure.
- Published figures with sources: every amount, threshold and deadline on this site comes from a central register recording its legal reference, source and the date we last checked it.
