In short
Describe your situation in a few lines and you will receive a written assessment within 24 working hours: whether the case is viable, what documents are needed in your specific circumstances, and what the steps are. Free of charge and with no obligation.
What you receive
A written assessment answering three questions: whether the procedure is viable in your situation, which documents are required in your specific circumstances, and what the steps are — including which depend on us and which on the authorities.
It includes the unwelcome answer. If your position is not viable, we say so straight away: it costs you one email instead of months and, in the case of citizenship, the € 250,00 fee that is not refunded if an application is refused.
What to include
For a first assessment a description is enough. Do not send documents at this stage.
- Your nationality and current immigration status.
- Your current residence permit, if you have one, and its expiry date.
- The reason for your stay or your planned move to Italy.
- Your family situation, if relevant to the case.
- If writing for a company: the role you need to fill and where the candidate is based.
What we cannot do
We cannot guarantee the outcome of a case or the timing of an office: both depend on the competent authorities. We do not carry out activities reserved to Italian lawyers: for litigation and legal advice on disputes we refer you to qualified professionals.
If anyone promises you the opposite, that is a reason for caution rather than confidence.
