What we do
We handle the administrative side of Italian immigration procedures from start to finish: working out which route applies to your situation, assembling the file, filing the application, following the review and responding to requests for additional documents.
We work with three distinct audiences. Individuals and families, for residence permits, renewals, citizenship and family reunification. Companies and HR departments, for hiring workers from abroad, the EU Blue Card and monitoring permit expiry dates. Public bodies and non-profit organisations, for technical support and staff training.
We are not a law firm and we do not carry out activities reserved to Italian lawyers. Where a case requires litigation or legal advice on a dispute, we say so and refer you to a qualified lawyer, who is instructed directly by you.
Why timing decides most cases
Italian immigration procedures rarely fail on points of interpretation. They fail on calendars and on missing documents.
Renewal applications must now be filed at least 90 giorni before expiry: the deadline changed in 2026 and most guidance online still states the old sixty-day figure. Work permits for people living abroad run through an annual quota system with a single submission day, so a company that is not ready when the pre-filing window opens on 23 ottobre 2026, ore 9:00 has no second chance that year. Citizenship applications hinge on unbroken municipal registration, and a gap discovered after paying the € 250,00 fee is not refundable.
This is where the work actually is, and it is why our first step is always to tell you whether the case is viable before you spend anything.
How we work
Four commitments, each verifiable on a single case.
- A written assessment within 24 working hours, free of charge, including the unwelcome answer when the case is not viable.
- A written quote before any engagement, separating our fee from the amounts due by law to the Italian authorities.
- One point of contact from the initial assessment to collecting the permit, with no handover mid-procedure.
- No promises on outcome or timing: both depend on the competent authority. Anyone guaranteeing either is selling something they do not have.
Figures that change every year
Several thresholds in Italian immigration law are not fixed numbers but formulas tied to values that are revised annually. The income threshold for family reunification derives from the social allowance, currently € 7.101,12 per year, increased by 50% for each family member. The EU Blue Card salary threshold is indexed to an ISTAT figure and currently stands at € 36.278,51.
We publish all of them in a public register, each with its legal reference, source and the date we last checked it. It is also available as structured data for anyone who wants to reuse it.
The figures cited on this page
Every amount, threshold and deadline comes from our public register of legal parameters, each recorded with its legal reference and the date we last checked it. When a value changes, this page changes with it.
